How to distinguish the material and classification of color box packaging

Color box packaging materials are divided into two categories: thin paper and pit paper.

Commonly used face paper are: powder gray paper, gray copper, cupronickel, single copper, gorgeous card, gold card, platinum card, silver card, laser card, kraft paper, etc.

There are two types of whiteboards on a white background: white copper and single copper. What they have in common is that both sides are white, the front can be printed, and the back cannot be printed. Single copper: There are coated surfaces on both sides, and both sides can be printed.

Gray paper: one side is white and one side is gray, and the price is lower. Double-sided art paper is white on both sides, and the price is higher. Commonly used powder gray paper materials are generally 250g to 450g. Coated paper is generally 250g to 400g.

Pit paper: Its basic structure is a smooth kraft paper laminated with corrugated paper (collectively referred to as the paper core). Generally 120-160g, sometimes 200g paper. As for the paper core, it is all recycled waste paper, and the thickness has also changed from 130 to 160g to 100 to 140g.

According to the basic form, color box packaging can be divided into three kinds of foldable color boxes, called folding boxes; those that cannot be folded are called cartons; paper is processed, compounded and glued to form a container that can hold liquid, collectively called soft color Box packaging.
